N\u011bkdy se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t, \u017ee se k jejich zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed ani nedostaneme a ejhle do popelnice se nesou zahn\u011bdl\u00e9 listy sal\u00e1tu a nahnil\u00e9 okurky, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho. Nakupovat je lep\u0161\u00ed v mal\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se snadno zpracuje, ale t\u0159eba i zamraz\u00ed.   Star\u00fd chl\u00e9b se nemus\u00ed vyhazovat, jeliko\u017e jsou z n\u011bho v\u00fdborn\u00e9 krutony do pol\u00e9vky nebo sal\u00e1tu. Sta\u010d\u00ed ho nakr\u00e1jet na kosti\u010dky a osmahnout do k\u0159upava na olivov\u00e9m oleji. Tak\u00e9 si lze snadno ud\u011blat bruschetty, kdy pou\u017eijeme star\u0161\u00ed bagetu. Nap\u0159\u00edklad na ve\u010dern\u00edm d\u00fdch\u00e1nku m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159ekvapit ope\u010den\u00fdmi kole\u010dky bagetky, na kter\u00e9 naneseme dobrou pomaz\u00e1nku \u010di n\u011bjakou specialitku. Maso se d\u00e1 jednodu\u0161e naporcovat na p\u0159ijateln\u00e9 kousky a nejl\u00e9pe je ho zmrazit.  Rajsk\u00fd protlak se prod\u00e1v\u00e1 i ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch plechovk\u00e1ch a nen\u00ed t\u0159eba se ob\u00e1vat toho, \u017ee by se mohl zkazit. Princip spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed gram\u00e1\u017e je v\u011bt\u0161inou levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a na druhou stranu lze odebrat pouze \u010d\u00e1st a ostatn\u00ed se d\u00e1 klidn\u011b zamrazit. Protlaku to neu\u0161kod\u00ed a my ho v mraz\u00e1ku mnohdy ocen\u00edme.
