Kolagen I. typu najdeme v pojivov\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00edch, kter\u00e9 jsme zm\u00ednili v\u00fd\u0161e. Kolagen II. typu zase najdeme v kloubech nebo plot\u00e9nk\u00e1ch mezi obratli. Kolagen III. typu najdeme p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ve vl\u00e1knech, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v k\u016f\u017ei a c\u00e9v\u00e1ch. Kolagen IV. typu je zastoupen v na\u0161ich o\u010d\u00edch a ledvin\u00e1ch. Zdroj kolagenu pro n\u00e1s p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 potraviny, kter\u00fdch je kolagen zastoupen.
